this movie is so crack up. I do wish it was a little faster paced and with more of these funny moments. It’s giving death becomes her but more gothic supernatural. The witch’s outfits were hot, the porcelain cracking shit was cool as. The women in this film are so pretty, but none of the wigs did them justice fr like what the. so goofy
it was good but is it bad to say i wouldnt rate it 5 stars because i didnt connect to it. Like I appreciate the writing and the visuals were stunning, on par with spiderman into the spiderverse. But there was no characters that I felt I truly empathised with them and their journey. I sympathised but never fully felt for any characters. There was a little break of the suspension of disbelief just because of the direct connections to the game.
I liked it, it was fun and enjoyable and relatable. Its basic but a well told story with clear intent. Something I would have liked to see is just further and deeper meanings behind all this surface layer theme. Like a greater lesson for adults to take away from it. Because watching it was more like oh yeah that was so me in puberty and I think it would have been really nice to see something deeper for older people.

I actually fucking loved it, although it was really explicit, that didn’t make me too uncomfortable as the scenes showed the development of the character and were actually the whole premise. Kathryn Hahn…. criminally attractive. I love complex characters and she played the fuck out of this one. I did want a little more at the end but i respect the directors intention for like a make your own conclusion. I wonder about the ghost scene tho and the moonboot like what was the intent behind that. I also really liked the two love interests. and lowkey the son got what he deserved

I enjoyed it. It was very cinematic very beautiful shots throughout. v funny, lowkey thought the pacing was slow and more focus on the deity character would have made the film more full feeling. An unpredictable plotline, kept me guessing all the way to the end who to trust. I feel like the director made a lot of choices to keep the audience confused but those choices in scene and writing didn’t make the entire story richer. Like for example all the earlier crazy people and like the naked lady were just like confusion building but added with the reveal didn’t mean much

I thought the editing was mid and frustrating. I liked the old cast coming back but I think that some of the dialogue was wack at times like exposition dumps everywhere. Also I think they should've made the whole thing more camp like that cake in the rain scene which was funny but I was annoyed that they never did a full Circle. The plot was all over the place and so rushed through that it was just kind of pointless everywhere. Like Lydia rescues her daughter in like 5 minutes and boom done?
it was interesting and I was really curious to see where it was going. I think that tim Burton was real good with this film as well as Amy Adams
Even with the predictable and sad af ending i still enjoyed this film. idk the slow burn and then finally they’re together was just such a good watch tho fuck that straight insecure fucker. also Tallie was hot af sheesh

I really enjoyed it and the mystery was really gripping and I didn’t know where it was going. I liked the cult thing. Is it bad that I kinda think Adrienne is slay for doing all that shit for wealth. Its iconic. We support womens rights and wrongs.

I now realise it was a prequel and I have not watched the film it was a prequel to
I have mixed feelings about this one. Like Julianne Moore and Amanda Seyfried werre stunning in it. I just can’t really tell if I liked how the narrative went. I did expect them not to end up in the end, but the ending of the film was very elusive and I am wondering about the significance of Julianne Moore wearing the hair accessory? Maybe like to show that she is sexually liberated now?

why don't I watch this show more? especially the last episode with Duncan's mum. It just has such a profound perspective on life and the soul that it blows my mind

fuck that was good, im actually speechless, im really sad ki-jung died, but goddamm. the details and cinematography. the characters were all so well written, and you can tell because the kim family was seriously in the morally wrong, but the way their characters were written made it impossible to even hate them. fuck when their house got flooded that was fucking sad as fuck. i want to watch it again at the same time i never want to see it again

lowkey kjinda slow and boring but some of it was real gripping, anne hathaway for one. helena was funny, lowkey wish cosette and epominine were just gay. such a star packed cast holy. kinda didnt find eddie redmayne very good, just kinda uninteresting and when he sings he shakes every time. o but this finale song makes me so moved and motivated but lowkeyi have no idea what they are fighting for. YEAH FIGHTING FOR THE FUTURE

it's a weird coincidence that I just watched 2 Meryl Streep movies about generational trauma in a row. Man this movie is like bojack horseman without the funny and all of the country. Meryl's character is just like bojack where yeah she's so fucking shitty to everyone around her but you can't help but feel bad considering the circumstances and the pieces of her past she drops

I think the animation was really well done and enjoyable to watch, but the plot was all over the place and like I thought the villains motives were kinda in the right and not like bad at all¿ I also didn't think the baby was that cute so when it did annoying stuff I just kind of feel bad for the baseball dude and his baseball career. like he sorta had to be ultraman and was forced to and then he got this child and was like oh yeah I wanna be ultraman
I really enjoyed that actually, I never once skipped ahead. The nuances of the characters are really well done and the main character which Meryl plays has dialogue that is really well written. Her character is so witty and the conversations are so clever. The generational trauma and plot circumnavigating that was really well done as well. Meryl looks gorgeous in this film as well, her singing was top tier as well. I loved the dialogue she said ‘I don't want life to imitate art. I want life to be art’
im not gonna lie i had no idea where that would go the entire time. holy shit. there is no doubt that that is the start of a very toxic relationship. wild

I think this movie is really fun, it's cringe at times but it's entertaining and has an interesting premise. well kind of giving willy wonka and Sao baby but yeah
i enjoyed that, sure i skipped through all of it but it was interesting and the characters were likeable. The mother was funny and strange but it was curious to see how everything panned out. I do wish regina and the main character got together just cause they kinda had an enemies to friends arc and i wanted it to be gay and end in lovers
that was pretty fucking good, the aesthetic of the whole movie is just really on point. the almost hinted romantic nature between leon and mathilda was a little creepy but not played out so kinda just interesting to question
Anne hathaway was amazing (and very attractive) the other actors were good too. the time period and cinematography was beautiful as well. I just didn't really enjoy the story. it was slow paced and I think doesn't work without reading the book

I actually enjoy this film quite a bit. I think the exploration of how a disorder can impact a family is done really well and I enjoy the Alice in Wonderland touch
as everyone who watches this has said, it is a shame Phoebe waller bridges did not stay as a writer after the first season. the second season was fine as well. but third and fourth got boring and plot holey and I found myself skipping through. Eve and villainelle were very wholesome together. It's refreshing and very interesting to see like two non mainstream, like not the perfect women, skinny, mentally sane actually they're just crazy and on a different moral plane - but just watching them, I was cheering for them to get together.

But also more constructual notes on the show is that I loved the witch and hell stuff involved it was very much my fav aesthetic. It was funny when it got culty and i loved that there were so many badass women. Eldrith terrors were a little rushed but i appreciate how horrific they all were. Sabrina was a little annoying at times but definitely in the shes a teenager way which makes sense.
that was actually real good, complicated main characters with different motivations and badass fighting. also Taiwan no 1. Michelle Yeoh is a badass

I really liked this show. It is so gorgeous I love the animation and especially the colours. I liked the Chinese mythology and daoism as well as the characters and the writing of the complex characters.
